I am a licensed clinical therapist specializing in trauma and attachment. I have served a variety of populations and have extensive experience working with pervasive mental health diagnoses, identity development processes, trauma, and holistic wellness practices. My approach integrates a variety of therapeutic theories and techniques to build individual service plans that facilitate deep self-exploration, understanding, and skill building to help clients achieve their goals.
I am a certified trauma therapist and have extensive background in helping clients resolve and cope with trauma. I have worked with all populations and use an eclectic approach to tailor services to individual needs.
