As someone who has been in a state of being exhausted from my own nonsense, I am here to help you find your way apart from your own struggles. My own recovery journey led me to the path of learning to trust my own instincts and intuition and I believe passionately in helping others tune in to the same in order to help them reach their highest good, in a truly authentic way. Somewhere along the way, we lost the ability to truly trust in our own guidance, and it is my hope that I can help you in my own unique and completely individualized way to help you reconnect with your highest self.

What is BARS?
BARS is a program that was designed to release blockages and unlock parts of the brain that have previously been inaccessible to us.
This program allows us to embrace who we truly are and who we want to be. If you struggle with removing barriers to living your best life, this is the perfect option for you.
I have been a certified BARS practitioner since June of 2024 and am actively working towards certification of becoming a BARS facilitator, which will allow me the opportunity to teach others this incredible practice. I am currently the only BARS practitioner in the St. Charles area.
